- Develop and coordinate the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring strategic alignment across digital channels (social media, email, website, paid media), influencer marketing, and broader brand initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns with clear messaging and compelling visual storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with the CRM & Website Marketer, Designers, Paid Media Team, and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Continuously refine campaign structures and content formats to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Develop and manage high-quality content across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) targeting diverse audience segments.
- Maintain a strategic social media content calendar aligned with brand priorities, site launches, and campaign activity.
- Work with internal and external creative teams to produce engaging visuals and videos that strengthen brand positioning.
- Track and report on performance metrics to optimize content and improve results.
- Monitor industry trends to create timely, relevant content that maximizes brand visibility.
- Write and edit compelling content for websites, social media, product pages, and digital ads.
- Plan and optimize email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the CRM team.
- Coordinate social media content (captions, short-form storytelling) and collaborate with designers for visuals.
- Support the organization of photo/video production to support campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling.
- Own and refine brand messaging to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Craft compelling ad copy, social media posts, blog articles, and email content.
- Develop audience-focused content for multiple brand pillars, resonating with different customer segments.
- Ensure the brand's tone of voice is effectively maintained across all platforms.
- Research and coordinate SEO best practices in content creation, including keyword integration.
- Regularly update and optimize website content (landing pages, blogs) to improve organic traffic.
- Work with the web team to improve on-page SEO structure and internal linking strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (engagement, CTR, conversion rates) and refine strategies accordingly.
- Implement A/B testing on content formats, subject lines, and calls to action.
- Stay ahead of content trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.
- A strong communicator and storyteller with a passion for social media and digital content.
- Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Creative and data-driven, using insights to improve content and engagement.
- A collaborative team player who works well with cross-functional teams.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing communications, social media, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing social media channels and content strategies.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with campaign planning, social media analytics, and basic SEO.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), and email marketing platforms.
