SASMAR is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. As a prominent pharmaceutical company specializing in personal care and fertility products, including our well-known Conceive Plus brand, we are dedicated to driving innovation and growth in our market.In this entry-level role, you will provide vital support to our marketing efforts by assisting with various projects and tasks that enhance brand visibility and engagement.   • Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and activities across various channels.
  • Help create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Support social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and monitoring analytics.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the marketing department, including maintaining databases and tracking budgets.
  • Collaborate with team members on brainstorming sessions and creative initiatives to promote our brand.
Requirements
  • Experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Some experience or internships in marketing or related areas is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
