Senior Quantity Estimator (M&E)

• Lead all tender submissions for major M&E projects.
• Oversee and coordinate the tender team during pre-qualification and tender preparation stages.
• Review tender documents and summarise key commercial and technical requirements.
• Prepare method statements, technical submissions, and supporting documentation.
• Manage tender queries and coordinate responses with relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and authorities to support tender submissions.
• Monitor tender progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare and deliver tender presentations.
• Attend management meetings and provide updates on tender activity.
• Identify and track upcoming tender opportunities in the market.
• Organise supplier meetings and obtain competitive quotations.
• Attend meetings, conferences, training, and site/factory visits locally and abroad when required.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
• Proven experience in M&E estimating and tender management.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent commercial awareness and numerical accuracy.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Italian considered an asset; Maltese beneficial).
