- Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers throughout the booking process, including modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related inquiries.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records within the CRM system to support quality assurance initiatives.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and enhance the overall booking experience.
- Stay informed about Booking.com’s products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information to customers.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required, with proficiency in English considered an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to service.
- Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to the culture of Greece.
