You will also identify opportunities to promote additional services, handle billing and cash transactions, and make sure all work authorisations and warranty procedures are correctly followed. Inspecting vehicles on arrival and prior to handover, guiding mechanics on authorised work, and closing pending job cards will be key responsibilities.Your contribution will be essential in maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting ongoing vehicle care, and ensuring that clients feel supported from start to finish.
