- Read and interpret working plans and drawings for various construction projects.
- Erect and dismantle formwork for all types of structures including desks, beams, staircases, and walls.
- Assemble wood or steel structures for concrete formations such as columns, beams, staircases, and slabs.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and materials to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices, continually cleaning deck areas to remove obstructions and store unused equipment and materials.
- Dismantle and remove formwork upon completion of concrete works.
- Promptly report any problems or failures to the supervisory team.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Fluency in English.
