- Work efficiently to deliver a la carte breakfast orders with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to Maltese regulations and maintain a valid Maltese food handling license.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in the hotel or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of European breakfast dishes and cooking techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Valid Maltese food handling license.
