- Lead strategic trade negotiations with clients and suppliers, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and maximise ROI.
- Utilise business intelligence to analyse performance data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Define and implement sales and trade policies, investment strategies, and channel segmentation.
- Ensure excellence in the execution of shopper marketing plans, consistent with promotional and visibility plans, and monitor their effectiveness.
- Analyse sales data, KPIs, distribution, and stock levels to identify market opportunities.
- Manage key client and supplier relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive marketing action plans and promotional activities.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within FMCG, retail, or related sectors.
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; however, candidates with substantial field experience will also be considered.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with the Maltese market and consumer behaviour.
