Operations & Invoicing Executive (Logistics)

• Ensure proper documentation and file creation for each shipment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while receiving export files from the Traffic Coordinator, and prepare necessary customs clearance documents for the destination country
• Manage container import shipments creation and coordinate with other Departments
• Handle client invoicing, assist in business operations, and offer support to the Operations team as required
• Update internal operation procedures, assist the Operation Coordinator in addressing operational issues, and collaborate for excellent customer service
• Organize and retrieve corporate documents, in addition to performing general office administrative and clerical duties

• Education at the A' level standard
• Experience in shipping or logistics is a plus
• Strong time management and self-organization skills
• Excellent customer care skills and ability to work in a team
• IT proficiency, particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
• Effective communication skills in English, knowledge of Italian is an asset
