Job Description:We currently have a vacancy for a Technology Specialist (M365 / Intune) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will work remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site.Your tasks:
  • Administration of Microsoft end-point manager (Intune);
  • Administration of Windows Intune services and M365 application, authorization and authentication services;
  • Administration of Conditional Access services and Microsoft System Center Configuration Management (SCCM);
  • Monitor Microsoft Update announcements and plan for updates or manage mitigations;
  • Emergency Patching, application of mitigation/workarounds;
  • Investigation of root cause of incidents and proposal of permanent solutions;
  • Second tier incident management and apply mitigations or solutions;
  • PAM(Privileged Access Management) implementation and management;
  • Administration of Remote access and application and audit log administration.
Requirements:
  • University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of at least 10 years;
  • Experience with Microsoft end-point manager (Intune), M365, Microsoft System Center Configuration Management (SCCM);
  • Experience with Manage Entra ID;
  • Experience with Emergency Patching, application of mitigation/workarounds and investigation of root cause of incidents;
  • Experience with Second tier incident management and PAM(Privileged Access Management);
  • Experience with exchange online administration services and deployment of Windows 11;
  • Experience with scripting language (for example, Python, PowerShell);
  • Experience with with TCP/IP networking, TeamViewer Tensor management, PatchMyPC Management
  • Experience with troubleshooting management and Windows environments;
  • Excellent command of the English language.
