- Communicate the Operations team’s messages to staff.
- Provide employees with verbal recognition, direction, and support.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of work groups.
- Communicate with Managers to review work procedures and improve efficiency.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by regularly checking on them during their experience.
- Monitor employee performance and report issues to management immediately.
- Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
- Be present on the floor throughout the shift to assist FOH staff (handling complaints, voids, discounts, etc.).
- Visit tables to assess guest experience and resolve issues on the spot.
- Observe employees to ensure policy compliance and positive guest experience.
- Participate in meetings to discuss incentive programs, new procedures, and opportunities.
- Ensure staff follow proper procedures to maintain profitability.
- Report any safety or equipment issues immediately to MOD.
- Verify completion of assigned FOH duties (e.g., cleaning) with other Managers.
- Communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
- Experience in a role involving constant interaction with customers and fulfilling their requests.
