Overview:The SOFTSWISS Content Marketing Team continues to expand and is looking for an experienced Data Protection Specialist. We need an accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.Purpose of the role:The Data Protection Specialist ensures compliance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws and regulations by managing data subject requests, communicating with supervisory authorities, and handling personal data breach incidents.Key responsibilities:

Responding to requests from data subjects
Communication with supervisory authorities
Handling of personal data breach incidents
Maintaining the Register of data subject requests and the
Register of data breaches
Involvement in drafting internal documentation

Requirements:

Law degree: preferred but not obligatory
Fluency in Russian and English (B2+), German will be a plus
Basic understanding of GDPR requirements
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
Ability to read and interpret regulatory/legal acts
Analytical thinking
Be able to accept responsibility for the actions and behavior
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Strong learning ability
Motivation to develop a career in the field of privacy

Nice to have:

Completed courses in privacy and data protection
Understanding of website operations, digital promotion, and online marketing
Technical skills, experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
