- Function as an in-house attorney, addressing the legal needs of the business
- Draft, negotiate, structure, implement, manage, and oversee various commercial agreements, such as customer service agreements, master service agreements, and service level agreements
- Review and negotiate international vendor contracts to ensure alignment with our policies and mitigate unacceptable risks
- Oversee litigation matters, including commercial disputes, regulatory issues, and employment-related claims
- Provide counsel to the company on contractual rights and obligations of business partners, interpret terms and conditions, and ensure compliance with relevant laws while minimizing associated risks
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations pertinent to our business line by implementing policies and processes
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business
- Maintain our General Terms & Conditions
- Conduct risk assessment and mitigation at a company level
- Contribute to legal responsibilities at the group level as a member of the NeoGames group legal team
- 8 years of commercial law experience as a Legal Counsel within the gaming industry
- Litigation background willl be considered an asset
- Excellent English skills
- Familiarity with software licensing and other intellectual property agreements
- Strong capabilities in writing, drafting, negotiation, presentation, and communication
- Proficient in commercial law, contract law, employment law, data protection, and privacy regulations
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and exceptional communication abilities
- Self-motivated with a proven history of process improvement and cultivating positive interdepartmental relationships
- Demonstrated experience in generating high-quality, articulate English documentation
- Aptitude for self-management and timely delivery of projects at a superior level
