Managing internal and external systems, fine-tuning tools, onboarding new PSPs, and maintaining communication between different technical departments and clients on open service tickets.RESPONSIBILITIES Managing internal and external systems as well as fine-tuning tools while ensuring their smooth operation; Onboarding of new PSPs into the platform; Focusing on the continuous improvement of systems and tools for better platform performance; Regularly monitoring PSP performance and diagnosing problems; Being available on-call outside regular business hours to resolve urgent payment issues; Working alongside Payment Product and Payment Operations teams and delivering their needs accordingly; Sending reports when required to team leaders/managers. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 1 year of hands-on work experience in Payment Optimisation; History of successfully executing PSP routing and configuration tasks independently; Previous work experience in the iGaming industry will be considered a strong plus; Demonstrated experience with payment method performance analysis; Practical knowledge and experience with PaymentIQ, Praxis and/or other payment aggregators; Proficiency in SQL & CSS will be considered a plus; Strong command of MS Excel and Google Sheets.ProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHISCED Level: Bachelor or equivalent - Level (6)Subjects:Subject Level GradeCompetencies
