We are looking for a Chef to join our team. To work in a busy environment, preparing food and pizza. Will be preparing, cooking and plating a la carte food.ProfilesCompetencies

Cook or heat up meat, fish, vegetables, ...
Cut fresh products (meat, cheese...) and put on display; present dishes
Boil and/or open shellfish (oysters, mussels) and crustaceans (whelks, langoustines)
Mix ingredients for pancake batter or pizza dough. Knead and turn dough
Check compliance with work procedures and rules for hygiene and food safety
Prepare dishes for service (presentation, composition, finish...)
Decorate products after cooling (chocolate pieces, sesame seeds, sugar, covering with sauce...)
Maintain and clean work station and kitchen utensils
