Finance Officer

• Issuing and posting of supplier invoices.

• Issuing invoices to debtors.

• Processing of supplier payments.

• Petty Cash and VISA postings.

• Preparing and posting bank entries.

• Reconciliations of bank accounts.

• Reconciliations of creditors.

• Upload daily bank balances.

• Accruals and prepayments reconciliation.

• Assist with VAT returns.

• Scanning for Docuware.

• Assist with month-end tasks.

• Update of the fixed assets register.

• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in an accounting role.

• You are computer literate and have a good working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Very good command of the English language.

• You are a team player, self-motivated and able to work independently.

• You possess multi-tasking and analytical skills as well as an eye for detail.

• You are able to deliver tasks effectively in a timely manner and according to deadlines set.

• You possess excellent inter and intrapersonal skills.

• You are able to work under pressure.

• Must be an EU/EEA/a Swiss national.
