Our client is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the visual communication of their brand and services. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating engaging designs that help communicate complex concepts clearly while strengthening the company's brand presence across multiple channels.This role involves working closely with different teams to produce creative assets for marketing initiatives, corporate communications, and internal activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign engaging marketing materials such as presentations, social media graphics, infographics, and other promotional assetsCreate visuals that translate technical concepts into clear and visually compelling contentCollaborate with commercial teams on creative materials for websites, press releases, product launches, and eventsWork with internal teams to design materials for employee communications, company events, merchandise, and internal initiativesMaintain and develop the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materialsManage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesStay up to date with industry design trends and emerging creative toolsCoordinate with external suppliers (such as printers and production partners) to ensure quality and brand alignmentSupport the preparation of visual content for reports, executive presentations, and board-level materialsAssist with other related design tasks as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field3+ years of experience in a graphic design role or similar position, ideally within technology or telecommunications environmentsStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Video editing experience will be considered an advantageStrong communication skills in English; Maltese would be considered beneficial but is not essentialAbility to collaborate effectively across multiple teamsExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsSelf-motivated and proactive with a creative mindset and strong attention to detailAbility to translate concepts and ideas into clear, effective visual designsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary package based on experience and qualificationsFlexible working arrangementsWeekly team lunches and fresh fruit provided dailyHealth insuranceLife insurance
