Tumas Group is seeking to recruit a full-time Mechanical Technician to join the dynamic team within the Tumas Group Maintenance Department.The primary objective of this role is to maintain, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment installed across the complex, including both domestic and industrial systems.The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, applying initiative and experience to identify effective solutions to technical issues. Duties also include conducting regular inspections, identifying defects in equipment and installations, and maintaining accurate records of all work carried out.Adherence to all operational and safety standards established by the Company is essential.The Mechanical Technician will work collaboratively within the Maintenance Department team and liaise with both internal and external customers. This is a full-time position.Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Previous experience working as a Mechanical Technician.
Demonstrated competence in the safe and effective use of plumbing tools and mechanical equipment.
Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fluid-carrying pipework and fixtures across domestic and industrial settings.
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to perform in-house repair, maintenance and calibration of plant machinery and equipment.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Commitment to delivering high standards of customer care and satisfaction.
Experience with PPR plumbing systems will be considered an asset.
