A leading international company in the Maritime industry are looking for a Planning Coordinator to join their growing team:Responsibilities:

Develop detailed repair schedules and coordinate with all departments
Review documentation and inspect vessels upon arrival
Assess manpower, materials, and subcontractor needs
Coordinate dock availability and facility readiness
Lead daily production meetings and maintain clear communication with the client
Prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD
Collaborate across departments for timely delivery.

Requirements:

Degree in Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience working in the maritime industry will be considered an asset
Proficiency in using AutoCAD for technical drawing and planning purposes
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Strong command of the English language; knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage.
