Lead UI / UX Designer

• Lead the design team by setting clear design direction, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
• Act as a design evangelist, advocating for user-centered design principles and demonstrating the value of UX/UI within the organization.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations, and translate findings into actionable design insights.
• Analyze user feedback, metrics, and usability testing results to iterate and improve the user experience continuously.
• Generate innovative ideas and concepts through brainstorming sessions, workshops, and design thinking methodologies.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Create visually stunning and functional user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
• Design high-fidelity mockups, iconography, typography, and other visual elements to communicate design intent and direction.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and illustrators to create visually compelling assets as needed.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
• Communicate design concepts, rationale, and solutions effectively through presentations, design reviews, and documentation.
• Solicit feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with project managers to define project scopes, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure successful project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• Proven experience (5 years) in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative thinking
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experienced in Fintech, Banking, Investments or related areas.
