We are seeking to recruit an Occupational Therapist.In this role, you'll work closely with children and youths with disabilities to help them develop essential life skills, regulate their sensory system, improve their independence, and reach their full potential. You'll be in charge of assessing the clients, preparing a clinical intervention plan, deliver it, give reports and feedbacks when requested, and work collaboratively with the team in-house, external therapists, schools and families. THERAPISTSCompetencies

Identify patients' demands and inform them on the ergotherapeutical method (objectives, steps...)
Inform and advise patient on infrastructure (access, domotics), method adaptation and help tools/instruments
Fill out medical administrative forms. Exchange info with all parties concerned
Lead information, advice, sensitisation or prevention actions for different target groups (experts, parents)
Establish a capacity list (sheet/balance), evaluate the person's degree of autonomy
Develop a therapeutical treatment programme and treatment itself (course, frequency, duration)
Assess outcome of treatment. Exchange information with doctor, teacher...
Work with target group: children, adolescents
Organise training within company
Do treatment programme (re-adapt to daily actions, re-learn dimensional beacons); adapt programme to real possibilities of patient
Actions: collaborate on clinical tests
Follow-up clinical condition of patient (stability/excretion/behaviour). Discuss evolution of clinical condition with interdisciplinary team
