If these 3 key traits hit home with you, then you are the right person we are seeking to join our team at Griffiths + Associates.As our Firm continues to grow, we are expanding our and aspire to recruit an efficient, dedicated, and reliable Advisory-Banking Assistant to work on a full-time basis in a friendly flexible & hybrid environment under the general guidance and supervision of the Advisory Manager.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Bank accounts/other financial institutions accounts opening and maintenance;
Liaising with banks for any matters related to the above as well as KYC requests coming from banks, including provision of supporting documents; and
Handling anything else connected to the above.

REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years working within a banking environment and / or CSP work with experience in opening bank accounts
Motivational and strong interpersonal skills
Highly organised, responsible and reliable
Attention to detail
The ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Computer literate
Excellent command of the English language

WORKING CONDITIONS

Hybrid work model that integrates flexibility to work from the comfort of your home and the office
Indefinite Contract
Full Time 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5:00pm with a degree of flexibility
