Our client, a fast-growing streaming platform within the iGaming space, is looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's social media presence across multiple brands and platforms.This is an office-based role offering a salary of up to €30K.Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-platform social media strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and followersIdentify trending and viral content and adapt it to the iGaming and streaming spaceAlign social media activities with user acquisition and conversion goalsCreate and manage content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Kick, and other platformsRepurpose live streaming content into engaging short-form videos and coordinate with designers and video editors to deliver high-quality contentCollaborate with streamers to support personal branding, provide guidance on content structure and hooks, and manage cross-promotion initiativesEngage with followers and audiences on a daily basis, building strong communities and respond to feedback professionallyTrack performance metrics (engagement rates, CTR, follower growth, conversions), run A/B tests, and prepare monthly reportsSkills & Experience1+ years of professional experience managing social media accountsStrong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Kick and other channelsFluent in English, both written and spokenGood knowledge of short-form content formats such as TikTok, Reels, and ShortsFamiliarity with platform guidelines and content restrictionsStrong copywriting and content creation skillsExperience using social media or digital analytics toolsExperience within iGaming is a plusGood understanding of audience behaviour and engagement trendsResults-driven with a hands-on and practical approachAble to work independently and manage multiple tasksProactive, organised, and eager to contribute to growth initiativesAvailable to travel internationally especially to USA for conferencesAbout the roleSalary of up to €30KOffice based in St Julian's, MaltaOpportunity to attend international eventsNote: Due to the urgency of the role, we can only consider candidates who hold an EU passport.Apply with your detailed CV and Portfolio.*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
