You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth across multiple markets, ensuring the business remains competitive, compliant, and positioned for long-term success in a demanding sector.You will work closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to shape the future of the organisation, while creating the clarity, accountability, and pace required to deliver results.What You'll Be Doing
  • Defining and executing the group-wide strategy across all core business functions
  • Taking full responsibility for overall business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and operational execution
  • Leading and aligning senior leadership teams across commercial, operations, product, marketing, finance, and compliance
  • Identifying market expansion opportunities, new revenue streams, and areas for strategic improvement
  • Driving performance across sportsbook, casino, player acquisition, retention, and customer value
  • Ensuring the business operates effectively within regulatory and compliance frameworks across relevant jurisdictions
  • Building a high-performance culture centred on accountability, speed, commercial focus, and delivery
  • Strengthening governance, reporting, and risk management across the group
  • Acting as a key representative of the business with investors, partners, regulators, and other strategic stakeholders
  • Overseeing organisational design, talent leadership, and executive team development to support scale
What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a commercially powerful executive with deep iGaming or sports betting experience and a track record of leading businesses at scale. You must be comfortable managing complexity, making difficult decisions, and driving business performance in a highly competitive environment.You will ideally bring:
  • Proven experience as a Group CEO, CEO, Managing Director, Regional CEO, or equivalent executive leadership role
  • Strong experience within the iGaming, sports betting, online gaming, or wider gambling industry
  • A demonstrable record of scaling businesses and delivering significant commercial growth
  • Deep understanding of the operational and strategic drivers within a regulated gaming business
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L ownership and budget accountability
  • Experience leading senior, cross-functional teams in international or multi-market environments
  • A solid grasp of compliance, governance, and risk management in regulated sectors
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate credibly at board and investor level
  • Exceptional leadership capability, with the confidence to challenge, influence, and inspire
  • A decisive, resilient, and highly accountable leadership style
