Your Role With UsAs a Steel Installer, you will be an integral part of our dedicated installation team, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards. Your work will directly contribute to delivering outstanding final results and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate with colleagues on-site, tackle challenges with a problem-solving mindset, and uphold the quality and safety that define our reputation.Key Responsibilities:

Install structural and architectural steel components, such as frames, balconies, gates, and railings
Work safely and efficiently at heights, whether on steel structures or elevated platforms
Align, position, and connect steel members using proper techniques
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Follow technical drawings and installation plans accurately
Communicate and coordinate with team members to address on-site issues

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar steel installation or construction role
Strong understanding of safe lifting, rigging, and installation practices
Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various conditions
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
Team-oriented, safety-conscious mindset
In possession of a valid driving license
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
