- Handle incoming queries in Estonian and English, mainly via email and chat
- Offer accurate information and support regarding for example game functionalities, promotions and technical issues
- Assess and assist with a friendly and efficient manner
- Document checks for KYC
- Cooperate closely with AML and RG departments
- Stay up-to-date with SGA regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills in writing in Estonian
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Previous experience of working with support online
- Strong computer literacy
- Customer-first mindset
- Responsible and reliable
- Team-worker!
- Salary from €25-28K per annum depending on your experience
- Rotating shifts all days of the week but no night shifts!
- Late shifts can be worked from home, dayshifts from the office
- Office-based in Sliema, Malta
- Company events, fun ones!
