- Configure and manage Telegram channels, bots, and broadcast flows
- Maintain channel structure, permissions, content delivery, and operational stability
- Monitor performance metrics such as engagement, click rates, and growth
- Implement messaging flows using CRM tools and automation platforms
- Support bot setup, integrations, tracking links, and trigger-based communications
- Work with developers on APIs, consent flows, token handling, and technical troubleshooting
- Execute daily and lifecycle communications aligned with CRM planning
- Support LiveOps activities, promotional pushes, and community engagement
- Ensure correct segmentation, targeting, and communication caps
- Track channel performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist with A/B tests on messaging formats, timing, and delivery logic
- Maintain documentation of flows, triggers, and operational processes
- Minimum 2 years in CRM operations, messaging platforms, or digital communications
- Hands-on experience with Telegram, bots, and similar messaging ecosystems
- Background in gaming, tech, or high-volume digital environments is a strong advantage
- Understanding of automation tools, triggers, and segmentation logic
- Comfortable working with links, tracking parameters, and integrations
- Basic understanding of APIs, tokens, or SDK flows is a plus
- Highly organized and execution-focused
- Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting mindset
- Proactive communicator who works well across teams
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Smartico or similar tools
- Knowledge of push, email, or multi-channel communication flows
- Familiarity with analytics dashboards or performance reporting
