- Oversee all phases of the construction project, from design and planning to execution and completion.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Lead, assemble, and evaluate the performance of the management team, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring all parties meet contractual obligations and project standards.
- Manage the project budget meticulously, overseeing cost forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control mechanisms.
- Ensure strict compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards, proactively addressing any compliance issues.
- Facilitate effective communication among clients, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and addressing concerns promptly.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, budget, or quality.
- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring the timely availability of materials and equipment, and managing vendor and supplier relationships.
- Guarantee the highest quality of construction standards and adherence to best practices in construction techniques.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, offering transparent updates and strategic recommendations.
- At least 10 years of proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with a portfolio demonstrating successful project delivery.
- Experience in green building and sustainable design projects would be preferred.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and its application in construction management would be advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and contract administration.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing a diverse workforce.
- Proficient in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities, capable of maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Master’s degree would be preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification would be preferred.
