- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Manager to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee candidate data and documentation in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare for and actively participate in recruitment events, including Open days, company presentations, and recruitment events.
- Engage with candidates, answer queries, and represent the airline positively.
- Monitor and manage recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and meet recruitment targets.
- Collaborate with the recruitment manager and recruitment marketing to implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Support ongoing development projects within the recruitment department.
- Manage the pool of candidates awaiting placement, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Keep regular contact with assessors and coordinate their involvement in recruitment events.
- Oversee the onboarding process for successfully recruited crew members.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with various departments such as Training, HR, and Operations to ensure alignment in the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or coordination roles, preferably in the aviation or travel industry is an advantage
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is considered an advantage.
