We are a new iGaming brand, built by a team with proven experience delivering successful projects in the industry. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Affiliate Manager / Marketing Specialist to lead and develop our affiliate marketing channel and drive player acquisition through strong partnerships.What You’ll Do

Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners
Negotiate affiliate commission structures and partnership agreements
Monitor affiliate traffic quality and campaign performance
Optimise affiliate campaigns and promotional activity
Manage affiliate reporting and ensure compliance with internal policies

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry
Strong network of affiliate partners and media relationships
Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and performance analytics tools
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
