Job Title: AccountantWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join a dynamic internal finance team within a growing group of companies. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to the improvement of financial operations across various entities.Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular bank, cashbook, and intercompany reconciliations.
Maintain general ledgers and ensure timely and accurate reconciliations.
Support daily accounting operations across multiple companies within the group.
Provide insights and suggestions to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
Assist with audit preparations and respond to external audit queries.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to align financial practices.
Support the Finance Manager and assist with ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
A degree in Accountancy or currently pursuing ACCA or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong analytical skills.
High attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
Effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Experience with Xero is an advantage; training will be provided if needed.
Organised, reliable, and proactive in planning and task execution.
