IT Lead / IT Manager - OverviewResponsible for leading the IT function and reporting to the COO, with ownership of IT strategy, operations, infrastructure, and systems development. The role ensures technology initiatives align with business goals, while maintaining compliance, security, and operational efficiency.

Implement IT strategy in line with business objectives
Lead ERP implementation, integration, and optimisation
Develop and maintain disaster recovery as well as regular testing
Oversee backup systems and contingency planning
Manage and control the IT budget
Security, Compliance & Governance
IT Operations, Infrastructure & Support: Manage Windows Server, Office 365, networks, telephony, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and access control
Oversee the ticketing system, troubleshoot technical issues, and liaise with users, vendors, and third parties
Vendor, Licensing & Leadership responsibilities

Requirements

Experience with ERP systems and MySQL/MSSQL database administration is an asset
Proficient in hybrid IT environments (on-premises and cloud), including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure
Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware
Familiarity with SIP-based VoIP/PBX systems and networking solutions (e.g., Fortinet, Unifi, Aruba) is an asset
Experience with scripting and automation tools

Education and Experience

A bachelor's degree (MQF Level 6) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field or relevant experience
