  • Security Manager
  • Security Supervisor
  • Security Agent
Role assignment will depend on your experience, leadership background, and operational needs.🎯 Your MissionMaintain a safe, secure, and seamless environment where guests can relax, celebrate, and experience Hard Rock without interruption.📌 What You’ll Do
  • Monitor and safeguard hotel premises, guests, and team members
  • Lead and coordinate security operations (Manager & Supervisor roles)
  • Handle incidents with professionalism, discretion, and control
  • Conduct patrols and ensure compliance with safety procedures
  • Prepare clear and accurate incident reports
  • Work closely with operational departments to ensure smooth event and daily operations
  • Act as a visible presence of authority and reassurance throughout the property
  • Uphold Hard Rock’s standards while maintaining a calm and approachable demeanour.
💡 What We’re Looking For
  • Valid Maltese Security Licence (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in hospitality, corporate, or large-scale security environments
  • Leadership experience for Manager and Supervisor positions
  • Strong judgment, situational awareness, and decision-making skills
  • Professional communication skills and confidence under pressure
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • A disciplined, reliable professional with the right balance of authority and approachability
