You’ll provide daily technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth system operations and helping resolve IT issues quickly.Learn from experienced IT professionals, gain hands-on exposure to a variety of systems, and develop skills that will support your long-term career in IT.Work in a collaborative, fast-paced team where your ideas and contributions are valued, and where each day brings new challenges and opportunities to thrive.You will:
  • Provide technical support to internal teams, sales teams, resellers, and distributors.
  • Assist with day-to-day system issues and troubleshoot functionality problems.
  • Monitor system usage and report IT issues.
Skills / Experience:
  • 1 year of experience in IT Support
  • 1 year of experience using Microsoft 365
  • 1 year of experience working in a customer facing role
