About the Role:On behalf of a leading European real estate investment firm, R77 is seeking a Senior Investment Manager to take ownership of the groups commercial property fund. This role will be based in Malta and hold final authority over commercial property investments sourced from across the EU, with Germany serving as the primary target market. You will manage analysis, validate investment cases, and work alongside both local support staff and the German transaction team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement commercial investment strategy in alignment with portfolio objectives.
  • Approve commercial asset acquisitions across office, retail, and mixed-use developmentsprimarily sourced in Germany.
  • Oversee advanced market research and financial feasibility analysis across EU commercial sectors.
  • Lead and mentor mid-level team members supporting the preparation of detailed investment documentation.
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, financial, and operational departments to ensure seamless acquisition execution.
  • Represent the Malta entitys interests in all commercial investment decisions and inter-country alignment.
  • Help evolve the fund's commercial strategy based on emerging trends and performance data.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5+ years of commercial real estate investment experience in Europe.
  • Strong understanding of the German commercial market and large-scale asset evaluation.
  • Proficient in financial modelling, investment structuring, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities across international projects.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta and be hands-on in day-to-day leadership.
