- Conduct thorough research to identify solutions for a variety of systems-related issues.
- Manage and resolve customer concerns within specified SLA parameters, handling multiple issues concurrently.
- Employ targeted questioning to understand the root cause of customer issues and provide timely solutions.
- Enhance operational efficiency by implementing, monitoring, and improving processes, procedures, and activities in client environments.
- Accurately document task timings and maintain comprehensive documentation for both internal and external projects and systems.
- At least 2 years of experience within a systems oriented role
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Cloud environments and Windows Servers
- Understanding of Cisco Networking and Security
- Exposure of Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Proficient with VMware, Office 365 and TCP/IP concepts
- Located in Malta and previous local experience
- Bachelor's in an IT related field would be considered an asset
