As our Product Owner, you will contribute to the following areas:Product Strategy & VisionDefine and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Moodle‑based LMS.Continuously assess market trends, user needs, and technological advancements in eLearning.Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with internal teams, clients, and end‑users to gather requirements and prioritise features.Communicate product updates, timelines, and decisions clearly across stakeholders.Product plan & Requirements ManagementOwn, create, and refine the product backlog.Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.Prioritise development tasks in alignment with strategy, value, and feasibility.Moodle ExpertiseUnderstand Moodle architecture, plugins, APIs, integrations, and configuration options.Make informed decisions about custom development vs. leveraging Moodle’s built‑in capabilities.Evaluate and manage 3rd‑party plugins and integrations (SSO, CRM, HR systems, etc.).Product Maintenance & Operational ExcellenceOversee ongoing maintenance of the Moodle platform, ensuring consistent reliability, security, and performance.Coordinate regular Moodle version upgrades, security patches, and plugin updates.Proactively manage technical debt, platform cleanup, and deprecation of outdated features.Follow PwC Technology Risk Framework.Business SupportCollaborate with the Product Manager in preparing annual budget forecasts.Contribute to business development activities, including client relationships, tenders, proposals, invoicing and product demonstrations.About YouWe’re looking for someone who:Has experience in Moodle based LMS and in product ownership, product management, or platform ownership.Demonstrates strong stakeholder engagement and prioritisation skills, balancing business, user, and technical needsIs comfortable working with backlogs, roadmaps, and agile delivery frameworksBrings experience coordinating with external vendors or technology partnersHas an understanding of risk management, security considerations, and governance in digital platformsCommunicates clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiencesEnjoys collaborating in diverse teams and values different perspectivesIs proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesIs eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvementWhy PwC?
