Job Description :The hospitality industry in Malta, which includes: restaurants, cafes, hotels, and bars, is in high demand for Bartenders. This vibrant and essential role goes beyond mixing drinks—it includes preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, engaging with customers, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment. Bartenders are key to creating a positive guest experience in dynamic service settings.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests promptly and professionally.Take customer drink orders and provide recommendations based on the menu.Maintain stock levels and ensure bar inventory is replenished and well-organized.Set up and clean the bar area, polish glassware, and ensure all utensils are ready for service.Process payments accurately and issue receipts or bills as needed.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar and surrounding areas.Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience.RequirementsIntermediate level of English (minimum B1).Outgoing, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.Skills Pass (required for employment in the hospitality industry in Malta).Previous bartending experience is a strong advantage but not always mandatory.BenefitsThe Latino Agent is a licensed recruitment and temporary work/outsourcing agency.
