Reporting into senior leadership, you will take full ownership of the AML function, guide a dedicated team, and act as the key representative with Maltese regulators. Act as MLRO
Ensuring that the AML / CFT Policies and Procedures are maintained on an ongoing basis in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidance;
Onboarding of new clients. Sign off Client Risk Assessment (CRA);
Recommending to the Board any changes that may be required to existing policies and procedures, including those identified from monitoring updates to the various legislation;

Key Requirements

2+ years of managerial experience in the AML industry.
Being PQed by MFSA as an MLRO or relevant role would be a great advantage
Experience from financial and corporate services or banking would be a great advantage.
