Looking for a Sales Assistant.The Sales Assistant shall be responsible for the following duties: -Welcome customers to the showroom, providing courteous and professional assistance at all times. -Advise customers on available furniture and homeware products, explaining features, materials, finishes, and pricing. -Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and invoices in line with company procedures. -Maintain accurate records of sales, customer enquiries, and follow-ups. -Assist customers with design choices, product combinations, and space planning, offering tailored recommendations. -Ensure the showroom is well presented at all times, including display arrangements and cleanliness. -Liaise with the delivery and installation teams to coordinate customer orders and ensure timely fulfilment. -Manage stock levels in the showroom, reporting low or damaged items promptly. -Handle payments securely, in line with company policy. -Support management with promotional activities, events, and marketing initiatives as required.ProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHMALTESECompetencies
