- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Build brand awareness through innovative campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Plan and manage marketing budgets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Analyse market trends and pricing strategies
- Organise and coordinate in-store promotions and offers
- Manage company software tools and social media platforms
- A degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in FMCG or a related industry
- Proficiency in English and Maltese (spoken and written)
- Strong numeracy and IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Excel
- Solid understanding of social media and marketing software tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative
