Incorporate companies and manage corporate filings with the Malta Business Registry (MBR)
Execute share transfers and oversee client portfolios independently
Support governance processes, board meetings, and client onboarding

Your Profile:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate services
Strong knowledge of company formations, MBR filings, share transfers, and portfolio management
Organised, proactive, and client-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary: €40,000 – €50,000 (depending on experience)Benefits:
