- Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives
- Offer help and support to colleagues, fostering a positive team environment
- Represent the company at national exhibitions in the UK several times a year, engaging with accountants and other professionals
- A “get-the-job-done” attitude — able to take ownership without deferring to others
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently without supervision
- Creative problem-solving skills, especially in customer-focused situations
- Friendly, compassionate, and team-oriented, with a genuine willingness to help others
- Strong computer skills and, ideally, touch typing ability
- Fluent and clear spoken English, with strong written communication skills
- A solid academic background (degree preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to travel periodically to the UK for work commitments
