Warehouse & Distribution Executive (Quintano Foods Ltd)

• Coordinate daily warehouse and distribution operations including routing, picking, loading, delivery, and truck reconciliation.

• Monitor inventory levels, stock control systems, and support stocktaking activities.

• Ensure efficient order processing, documentation, and invoicing.

• Support and supervise logistics staff while resolving operational discrepancies.

• Maintain strong coordination with drivers, contractors, and internal departments to improve service levels.

• Monitor delivery performance and support route optimisation where required.

• Maintain accurate data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other logistics systems.

• Ensure safe working practices, warehouse organisation and cleanliness.

• Support and own continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.

• Prepare operational reports and assist with administrative tasks when required.

• MQF Level 4 or Level 5 qualification is required.

• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field will be considered an asset.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

• Good communication and team coordination abilities.

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution.

• Familiarity with inventory systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
