We are looking for an experienced Painter /Plasterer to join our team.Requirements: Must be Maltese or English speaking. Must have a valid Maltese work permit. Must be in Malta and available for immediate employment. A minimum of 2 years working experience in the field is required. Identify kind of surface (brickwork, plaster, wood, metal, plastic...); check its condition (defects, damage...)
Arrange/secure construction site by installing scaffolds, fall protection, safety lines, storage place for equipment
Prepare product (quantity, colour variation, mixture...). Set equipment
Prepare surface to be coated and apply filler, primer...
Mark out and apply markings or masking on surfaces to be painted (templates, stickers...)
Prepare paint
Prepare and clean masonry (sandblast, gum, wash...). Remove old coverings (paint, plaster of Paris...)
Make plaster and shape it by pouring, moulding, spraying and/or smoothing
Make a (1st) mother mould from model by compacting, formworks, plaster works...
Realize plans or execute draft in plaster, stucco...; determine location of partitions based on building plan
