You will work in multi-disciplinary teams to provide a broad range of information technology-related services, such as IT strategy and architecture, IT implementation support, and solution design / development. The candidate should have a deep end to end understanding of system and software design, architecture standards and platform solution development expertise. In this role you will be responsible for bringing strategy to fruition through the creation and delivery of architectural solution artifacts and working with implementation teams to the realisation of the solutions.
As part of the Technology Consulting team, you will contribute technical insight to client engagements and internal projects, as well as supervise more junior members of the team. In line with EY's commitment to quality, you will ensure that your work is of the highest quality and aligned to industry best practices and client needs.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the effective management and delivery of one or more processes, solutions and/or projects, ensuring a focus on quality and effective risk management.

Responsible for continuous process improvement, the identification of innovative solutions through research and analysis, insight, and experience of best practices
May manage or supervise others to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results
Applies depth of expertise to guide others and interprets internal / external issues to recommend quality solutions.
Meets performance objectives and metrics set locally (client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development and teaming etc.)
Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
Provides mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Stays updated with industry trends, pursuing relevant certifications to enhance professional expertise.
Works with technology professionals across our network of alliances to learn on the latest product capabilities and technology portfolio to support clients in adopting these as part of their solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Eager to learn and grow professionally
Must have a strong entrepreneurial and team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy

QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems,Software Engineering, or other related fields.

At least 5 years' experience in solution architecture, systems architecture, technology consulting, or similar roles.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric or equivalent Platform-as-a-Services will be considered an asset
Relevant industry certifications and experience with TOGAF methodology considered as an asset.

Excellent English communication skills.
