- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support, managing correspondence, scheduling, and problem-solving operational issues.
- Communication: Acting as first point of contact, addressing queries, and supporting client communications.
- Programme Coordination: Coordinating in-house and outreach programmes.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring data protection compliance.
- Financial Administration: Assisting with budget tracking, invoicing and filing financial documents.
- Event Coordination: Supporting planning of performances, showcases, exhibitions and family activities.
- Reporting & Health and Safety: Supporting report preparation and maintaining a safe environment.
- A qualification in Management or a related area at MQF Level 5 or higher.
- Minimum two years' administration experience.
- Experience in disability services or accounts considered an asset.
- Experience in arts-related fields, particularly music, considered advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- IT proficiency and familiarity with basic media editing.
- Empathy and sensitivity towards client needs.
- Teamwork, time management, and reliability.
- Fluency in Maltese and English; other languages desirable.
- Trustworthy, reliable and capable of working independently.
- Proactive, creative and passionate about the arts.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Interest in therapeutic application of the arts.
- Flexible and familiar with disability services.
- Willingness to participate in external supervision.
