
Dutch Speaking Player Support & Safety Agent

- Assist Dutch and English-speaking players via chat, email, and phone
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed, following internal procedures
- Conduct fraud, risk, KYC, and affordability checks to help ensure player safety
- Make outbound calls for verification and responsible gaming checks
- Monitor player behaviour to identify signs of problematic gambling
- Support the Responsible Gaming Analyst with risk interventions when needed
- Educate players on responsible gambling and help with self-exclusion or setting limits
- Engage with players in an empathetic, professional manner
- Meet personal and team targets (both quality and performance)
- Log interactions clearly and communicate effectively with internal teams
- Fluency in Dutch/Flemish at a native level (spoken and written)
- Fluency in English at C1 level or higher
- Strong empathy, communication, and listening skills
- A proactive and dynamic mindset
- Experience in Customer Support, Responsible Gaming, or iGaming is a plus
- Technically confident with the ability to troubleshoot issues
- A team player who is also comfortable working independently
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
