Our client, a newly-established Luxury Retail brand is recruiting for a Stock Control Coordinator to join their growing team. The Stock Control Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the procurement processes. Your duties will include;

Setting up costings for new products and inputting them into the inventory management software
Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
Coordinating with suppliers to obtain product pricing, lead times, and other relevant details
Performing regular stock takes to reconcile physical inventory counts with system records
Collaborating with the team to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support production schedules.
Providing support to other purchasing and inventory management tasks as needed
Preparation and submission of Intrastat forms where necessary

Skill-sets and Requirements

1-2 years of experience in a similar stock control role is essential
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit and inventory management software
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proactive problem solver with a results-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills and professional level of English
Knowledge of Italian is a plus
