- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
- Demonstrate leadership and work closely with management
- Coordinate the corporate communications to deliver brand-consistent messages
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our online digital banking platform and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Review and standardise documentation created internally for distribution/promote brand internally.
- Create and mantain the department’s Standard Operating Procedures
- Be creative, proactive and take initiatives. -- Monitor competitor's activity and counteract any threats that are identified with the rest of the Moneybase Management Team.
- Planning and organisation of weekly sprints
- Form part of the team that will be driving new products. Take ownership of the marketing drive for Moneybase products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and customer service to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights, and use this information to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, content, and assets across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns to reach key customer segments and maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in fintech and digital banking, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Tertiary level of education within Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable experience in Marketing coupled with an aptitude for business development
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets, and analyzing performance metrics and KPIs.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements preferred.
- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
